This art is practiced in empathy with nature and the universe. Its purpose is to obtain the balance and well-being of the physical body, but also fulfillment in daily life and personal progression. Like all martial arts, it is based on universal principles that the body and spirit should be in perfect harmony.
This discipline consists of simple movements called Katas that combine movement, breath, gaze and conscious decision. Kin-Jo has 4 levels of practice called Wheels. It is the art of replenishment of the present time. It allows everyone to go to the discovery of his/her physique and psyche so as to blossom. By using the dynamic of the channelled “contained force” and "reserved strength," the mental, the emotional and sensorial are put in resonance and harmony. These three "forces" rejoin at a point named "the Intersect Point," crossing all the energy flows. It is from this source, the "JO," that the different wheels will place themselves in action. The student, through a conscious practice, will learn to make them turn and expand.
Kin-Jo allows one to position and preserve one's true identity in a stressed world that progressively has lost its true sense of humanity. The reactivation of the energetic system will enable the possibility to potentiate the "capital form" and powerfully use it in daily life. Kin-Jo allows beginners to obtain rapid and enduring results by devoting to it a minimum amount of time. The more we work in this discipline, the more we can enter into a real mastery of keys and energetic flows. There is no limit to this progression, which is a complete and inexhaustible Art.
