Respiration

Respiration is an inherent act, but the act of respiration is an action. When we come into the world, we push out our first cry, when we leave "we return" our last breath. We could say that birth is an action of dilation and death an action of contraction. The whole universe is regulated by this phenomenon: dilated inhalation and contracted exhalation.

When we enter into this consciousness, we put ourselves in harmony with the rhythm of the universe that beats time thanks to the breath that animates all things. The art of Kin-Jo is to become conscious, respiration is part of the training. The respiration energy links, through the Weft, the visible to the invisible.
